In 1900, more than 80,000 horses lined the streets of Paris, a year marked by the Universal Exhibition and the second Summer Olympic Games. In a Paris crowded with horse-drawn carriages, streetcars, amazons and improvised coachmen, immerse yourself in the hectic day of Madame, an eccentric artist.
The horsewomen of the Equestrian Company of Château de Chantilly, accompanied by a mime, an aerial acrobat, an acrobat and the horses, donkeys and ponies of the Great Stables, will transport you into the hectic atmosphere of Paris in 1900.

An intense hour of entertainment in the life of Madame, featuring a wide range of equestrian disciplines under the dome of the Great Chantilly Stables: carriage driving, belt reins, liberty, high school, acrobatics, acrobatics and equestrian fantasies.

Guided tour "The Très Riches Heure du duc de Berry"
Considered the most beautiful manuscript in the world, the Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry is a collection of personalized offices and prayers for the Duc de Berry, brother of King Charles V. It is a priceless testimony to the pomp and artistic refinement of the late Middle Ages. Produced throughout the 15th century, this exceptional book has truly shaped our imagination of the Middle Ages, through its numerous illustrations, which have been reproduced around the world for over a century. For the first time, several illuminated pages will be on public display simultaneously. 
The guided tour introduces visitors to the book's patron and illuminators, including the Limbourg brothers. It takes visitors on a journey through representations of historic castles (Palais de la Cité, Palais du Louvre, Château de Vincennes), princely scenes and seasonal work in the fields. 
This international exhibition will provide an insight into the long genesis of the manuscript - presented, exceptionally, in a partially unbound state - to place it in its context of creation, to understand its immense fortune and, above all, to admire one of our greatest and most fragile treasures.

“Aretha's Sisters Unplugged”
Composed for this concert of four singers and a rhythm section (bass, piano, guitar, percussion, and saxophone), the group Aretha's Sisters Unplugged pays tribute to “The Queen of Soul.” Why unplugged? Because the acoustics of the Grandes Ecuries dome are perfect for magnifying voices and instruments. To vary the pleasures, and above all not to try to approach the diva's unique voice or reproduce the songs slavishly, the singers take turns as soloists or backing singers, and one of them even plays the piano.
Aretha's illustrious career, punctuated by iconic hits, made her the most awarded rhythm and blues artist of her generation, winning 18 Grammy Awards. She was the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
“In Aretha's voice, we could hear our history, in its entirety and in all its nuances: our power and our pain, our darkness and our light, our quest for redemption and hard-won respect,” said Barack Obama in his tribute to her when she passed away in August 2018.
